Actual Reality Of real estate market

The real estate market isn’t a fair fight. The market is saturated. It’s not the ideal place for investors. Real estate prices are generally higher than they’re used to and have been for years, so investors can’t afford to buy homes for $500,000. Plus, the market is very volatile. There’s a lot of money at stake. The stock market has been particularly bad this year. But in the real world, the market is still a mess. I’m hoping to raise more capital in this round.
